Insurance

​We currently accept the following commercial or CHIP insurances as noted:

In addition, we also participate with many employee assistance programs (EAP's), such as ComPsych, Quest EAP, Wellspan EAP, Behavioral Health Services, and Mazzitti & Sullivan.

To avoid any surprises, we advise you to contact your insurance company if you plan to use private insurance to cover services that you or a family member receives at The Center for Creative Arts and Play Therapy.  Sometimes coverage differs between healthcare and mental health coverage.  Here are several questions you may consider asking:

• Is The Center for Creative Arts and Play Therapy a participating in-network provider?
• Does my insurance policy provide mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible?
• Do I have a co-pay or co-insurance?
• Do I have a minimum (or maximum) number of sessions?
• Do I need pre-authorization for services?
• What is the billing address?

Please be able to provide this information to the office manager prior to your first appointment.  If your insurance requires a pre-authorization, please bring the authorization number with you to your first appointment.
